HOW DOES IT WORK?
New Sleepio users can qualify for a $50 reward by enrolling in Sleepio and completing key activities. New Daylight users can qualify for a $50 reward by enrolling in Daylight and completing key activities. New Spark Direct users can qualify for a $50 reward by enrolling in Spark Direct and completing key actions. That’s up to $150 in gift cards, on us.
Steps to earn your reward with Sleepio:
1. Enroll in Sleepio as a new user.
2. Fill out a sleep diary daily for 5 days within your first week of starting Sleepio (no later than June 16, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT).
3. Receive an email with instructions on how to claim your reward after completing the required activities.

1. Enroll in Daylight as a new user.
2. Complete at least one activity daily for 5 days within your first week of starting Daylight (no later than June 16, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT). Activities can include completing check-ins, lessons, or guided practice.

1. Enroll in Spark Direct as a new user.

When will I receive my reward?
After completing the required activities, eligible awardees from participating client populations will receive an email no later than July 7, 2025 with a unique, one-time claim link from Rybbon/BHN Rewards.
What kind of reward will I receive?
The reward will be provided in the form of a digital gift card. You can choose from a variety of options, including Visa, Apple, or Mastercard. Specific choices will be outlined in the claim email.
I already enrolled in some of these programs before, but not all of them. Can I still participate?
Yes! You can earn a reward for any program you haven’t previously enrolled in. If it’s your first time starting one or more of the programs, you’re eligible to earn a reward for each—up to a total of $150 in gift cards.
Do I need to agree to any terms to participate?
