HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Complete Sleepio’s Session 1 to earn a gift card worth $25; continue with the program and complete Session 3 to earn an additional gift card worth $25 (for a maximum of $50). Must complete either or both sessions by June 14, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT.1
  2. Complete Daylight’s Let’s Get Started to earn a gift card worth $25; continue with the program and complete Thought Challenger to earn an additional gift card worth $25 (for a maximum of $50). Must complete either or both sessions by June 14, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT.1
  3. Eligible awardees from participating client populations will receive an email on or around June 28, 2024, with a unique, one-time claim link from Rybbon/BHN Rewards.
  4. Up to two rewards per user, per app, for the opportunity to earn up to four gift cards. Terms and conditions apply. Must reside in the United States to qualify.

What if I’ve already completed Session 1 of Sleepio?

This is only for users who have not previously completed Session 1 of Sleepio.

What if I’ve already completed Daylight’s Let’s Get Started session?

The Daylight reward is only for users who have not previously completed Daylight’s Let’s Get Started session.

What if I complete Sleepio’s Session 1 but not Session 3?

User may qualify for a $25 gift card.

What if I complete Daylight’s Let’s Get Started session but not Thought Challenger session?

User may qualify for a $25 gift card.

How will I know if I qualified?

Take at least one of the above-specified actions by June 14, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT, to qualify. All qualified users from participating client populations only will be notified no later than June 28, 2024, if not sooner.

Is there a limit on the number of rewards given?

All who qualify before the deadline will receive an email with a link to redeem their reward. One reward per eligible user, per app, for the opportunity to earn a total of two gift cards.

What kind of gift card will I be rewarded with?

You can choose from a variety of different gift card options, including Visa, Apple, or a Mastercard with mobile wallet.
