A first of its kind report comprehensively examining the impact of poor sleep and mental health on medical and pharmacy claims for employees across multiple industries.

A report examining the prevalence and associated employer healthcare costs of insomnia and mental health in the workplace. Over 650,000 lives distributed over 17 large US Employers were used to create the report.


We found that individuals with poor sleep cost an average of 2.4x more than those without.
