60% of US adults suffer from mental health challenges in silence, due to stigma and other barriers to proper support & care and many of these silent sufferers are caregivers. 1 in 5 of us is caring for a loved one at any given time, and 72% of caregivers report symptoms of clinical depression.

During the COVID-19 public health emergency, Sleepio and Daylight are being made available as treatments for insomnia disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), respectively, without a prescription. Sleepio and Daylight have not been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of insomnia disorder and GAD, respectively.
